The Sennheiser Professional MKE 200 Directional On-Camera Microphone is a small and lightweight microphone that can improve audio quality when filming video. It has a supercardioid polar pattern that excludes noise from the sides and back while focusing on the sound in front of the camera. It is a pre-polarized condenser microphone that can tolerate sound pressure levels of up to 120 dB without distortion. It is powered by the camera's or recorder's 2–10 volt output and does not require batteries or an extra power supply. Sennheiser Professional MKE 200 Directional On-Camera Microphone has a frequency response of 40 to 20,000 Hz and a sensitivity of -33 dB V/Pa. It is black and features a tough metal shell that protects it from shock and moisture. It contains a 3.5mm locking jack that securely connects to your camera or recorder. It also includes two connecting cables, one with a 3.5mm TRS socket and one with a 3.5mm TRRS plug, both of which are compatible with the majority of devices. Sennheiser Professional MKE 200 Directional On-Camera Microphone also includes a built-in windshield and shock mount to decrease wind and handling noise.
